When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to www.westerlyandco.nz  for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.       

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Westerly & Co Ltd.

The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used on sale products, or in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Any offer of free delivery is limited to a standard delivery service, to NZ only.

By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to Westerly and Co ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your payment card, Afterpay, Stripe or Paypal account will be pre-authorized.

You certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product/s ordered.

If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, then attempt to fulfill your order from store and confirm details of any cancellation made where fulfillment has not been possible.

We are unable to make amendments to an order after the point of shipping. Should you wish to make any changes prior to shipping, please contact our us at info@westerlyandco.nz

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will have their details passed onto the Police.

Westerly and Co Ltd reserves the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:

You fail to make payment to us when due.

You breach any of our terms and conditions.

If requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity.

We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on www.westerlyandco.nz

Payment
www.westerlyandco.nz  accepts most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, Stripe and Afterpayl. All prices displayed are inclusive of NZ sales tax at the current rate.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER, NOW WHAT?

We aim to get absolutely every order right, but you know, human error is very possible. Please e-mail me if this is the case, we will get it sent back to me and get it fixed.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 

You may return defective (due to design) products within 30 days for a full refund, any products must be sent to Westerly and Co at buyers expense, then these will be inspected. Refunds can take up to 10-14 working days. You must have your receipt and products must be in original condition and packaging. 

ONCE DECALS ARE APPLIED or SIGNS USED AT AN EVENT ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND.

MADE A MISTAKE ON YOU ORDER?

No worries, it happens. If you realize you've made a mistake after purchasing from online, please be sure to e-mail us within 12 hours. Once proof is approved, we cannot undo this as it will already be printed as soon as it is approved, so make sure you check the spelling!

SOCIAL MEDIA 

Signs will be posted on social media if they are generic or semi custom- we do free design to balance this and that’s how we advertise.

Full custom (email orders and design fees paid)  is not shown until after the weddings- teaser shots will be shown (but not enough to show names and dates etc. 

If you don’t want them on social media- tell us before we make it please :) 

DELIVERY!! 
We take NO responsibility for damages once the order has been signed for so take the time to check before you sign!!
 
Also we take no responsibility or refund any orders that are last minute ordered or expressed delivery that are damaged in transit - this is the customers responsibility to allowed time for mishaps.
 
If you ordered more than 30 days from your event date - this is our responsibility. Any less - then it's YOUR responsibility.
